Travel Terms & Conditions
We are pleased that you are interested in buying from Sky Travels and thank you for your trust.
The contractual agreement and “general travel terms and conditions” apply to all passengers. We recommend that you read the following travels terms carefully. We would like to point out that our services generally apply only to airports in Switzerland. The timely arrival at airport and departure is your responsibility.
From our experience we are aware that many offers on flights, hotels etc are sold out early. It is therefore, in your best interest to register as early and possible.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise specified, the price per person is in Swiss Francs and accommodation is in double rooms. All prices are VAT inclusive. Payment shall be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations and changes are only valid if they have been made by you personally at our booking office or by telephone and we are in possession of your PNR. Application fee in any case shall be CHF 50 per person to a maximum of CHF 100 per person. In addition to processing fee, costs may also be charged by the airline.
CANCELLATION DUE TO DISASTERS
In case of natural disasters, political unrest, strikes etc., cancellations can be made for safety reasons. In such cases, amount will be paid back to customers depending on airline policy.
DAMAGES AND LIABILITIES
Sky Travels is not responsible for a mistake on your part like late arrival at airport. Lost and damaged baggages are the responsibility of the concerned airline. However, we will try to take all necessary precautions to protect our clients from any damages by providing them proper guidelines and information.
Travel arrangements like visas, vaccinations, passport etc. can be arranged by Sky Travels for a small fee depending on the service required.
As between you and Sky Travels GmbH is exclusively by Swiss lawsuits Sky Travels GmbH can be attached only at its headquarter 8004 Zürich.
